Refund Policy

SunaKiDukan’s return and exchange policy is very simple, so you need to follow a simple process to complete return & exchange. You have to return or exchange within 2 days of receiving the order. Our team makes sure that you get the refund within the stipulated time.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

1. The order must be same as you placed the order while returning
2. The item must be unused or unworn
3. The item must have all original tags attached and the product must be in its original packaging
4. You should also have a receipt or proof of purchase

Product Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Please note that custom jewellery is not eligible for returns and exchanges. Custom jewellery is that which is made by the customers by placing a special order.

Steps for Return/Exchange

• Contact our customer support via email and mobile number to exchange or return the product
• If the customer returns the product, the product return delivery cost will have to be borne by the customer. No delivery charges will be levied in case of product exchange
• Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will come to your address to collect the package
• Our quality team checks the product upon return and approves the payment refund.
